"Customer service was a bit of a hassle"
I ordered from coolframes and ended up needing to reach out to customer service about my glasses. They did get back to me, but the wait felt kind of ridiculous, and I had to follow up once before it really went anywhere. The person I spoke with was polite and eventually fixed the issue, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. It just felt slower and more annoying than it needed to be.
"Prescription was close, but not perfect"
The prescription was kinda close, but it still felt just slightly off for me. Not terrible!! just noticeable enough that I could tell it wasn’t quite right.

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered my frames on Monday and, in my head, I just defaulted to “okay, this’ll probably take a week.” But they were at my door by Thursday, which was a nice surprise. Really happy with how quick the whole thing was.

I had a good experience with CoolFrames.com. I checked a couple local optical shops and even some other online stores first, and their prices were definitely better for similar-looking frames. The quality didn’t feel cheap either, which was my main concern. Shipping wasn’t super fast or anything, but everything showed up safely and in good condition. Compared to some of the bigger-name options, it felt like a better deal overall. I’d probably order from them again.

"Refund went smoother than I remembered"
I had to send back a pair that just didn’t sit right on my face. From what I remember, the return process was really straightforward, and the refund showed up quicker than I was expecting. I don’t recall having to deal with any annoying back and forth or extra hassle, which was a nice change. Overall, happy with how it went.

"Solid frames and a good overall buy"
I ordered a pair of glasses from coolframes.com and, they felt better than I was expecting. The frames have a nice weight to them without feeling bulky, and they don’t have that flimsy or cheap feel some online glasses can have. To me, they looked very close to the photos on the site, and the hinges move smoothly, which was one of the main things I was paying attention to.
The only reason I wouldn’t call them perfect is that they felt a bit snug when I first put them on. After a small adjustment, though, they fit much more comfortably, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and would consider ordering from them again

"Liars, that can't even keep their stories straight."
Had to contact customer service multiple times and every single time I was given a completely different answer. First, it was, oh your frames aren't here, but we have your lenses ready, but don't worry, you should get them in time. Then, your frames are here, but your lenses haven't been created yet, but you should still receive them in time. Then today they told me they dont have them ready and have to still create the lenses they already told me were done. I ordered them in PLENTY of time to get them in time for my wedding day. As it stands if I cancel the order, I will only get a refund on the frames and not the $200 dollar lenses. If they had been honest from the get go I would have waited until after the first of the year when my insurance would have paid for them. The only reason why I ordered these was because they were telling me they would be here well before my wedding day. I will NEVER use coolframes again. Im going back to Zenni.
